DARIAH is delighted to publish the latest Spotlight article WG DHwiki: Collaborative approaches to sustainable, community‑driven Open Knowledge Infrastructures. This article is part of the DARIAH Spotlight campaign, a monthly series that focuses on digital scholarship within the DARIAH network.
Written by members of the DHwiki WG, this article presents the aims and first activities of this WG since its launch in November 2024.
In a short time, DHwiki has grown from a shared interest into a collaborative group with a clear purpose. What started as a process of getting to know one another’s work and experience is gradually becoming a more stable effort to support a wider community of practice. By building connections between research, GLAM, and Wikimedia communities, the Working Group aims to strengthen the role of open and collaborative LOD infrastructures in Digital Humanities.
This article is part of DARIAH’s latest outreach campaign, DARIAH Spotlight, which makes research within the DARIAH network more visible. This monthly series will showcase digital scholarship in the humanities, from both DARIAH Working Groups and DH projects within the DARIAH network. Follow this campaign for more Spotlight articles.
