SSH Open Marketplace & FAIR Practices Training Series 2026: FAIR, CARE & Open Science Principles

The SSH Open Marketplace Editorial Board is happy to invite you to a series of 8 hands-on workshops to strengthen FAIR and digital research skills.

This is the first session of the series dedicated to understanding FAIR, CARE & Open Science Principles in practice.
Participants will be able to understand the core principles of Open Research and their relevance for SSH research practices, distinguish between FAIR and CARE principles and understand their complementary roles in data governance, identify key FAIR-compliant research infrastructures relevant to SSH research, assess the implications of Open Science requirements for data management planning and project design and apply FAIR and CARE principles to a concrete research use case or project scenario.
