The General Assembly is the governing body of DARIAH ERIC composed of the ministerial representatives of its Member and Observer countries. Their main tasks include deciding on new membership applications, approving the annual DARIAH budget, the financial reports and the annual activity report. The GA also sets out the overall strategic goals of the ERIC.
Each Member and Observer country is represented in the General Assembly by a National Representative who may appoint a Deputy National Representative.
