General VCC Meetings
These annual DARIAH technical meetings were the predecessor of the DARIAH Annual Event. The meetings were set up as an opportunity for all DARIAH members to discuss progress they made over the last period in building up digital services for the humanities research community. The following is a list of the General VCC Meetings held between 2012 and 2015:
- 1st General VCC Meeting, 2 – 3 April 2012, Utrecht, Netherlands
- 2nd General VCC Meeting, 28 – 30 November 2012, Vienna, Austria
- 3rd General VCC Meeting, 5 – 6 September 2013, Copenhagen, Denmark
- 4th General VCC Meeting, 17 – 19 September 2014, Rome, Italy
- 5th General VCC Meeting, 22 – 24 April 2015, Ljubljana, Slovenia
In 2016 the meetings were replaced by the DARIAH Annual Event. The DARIAH-EU Annual Event is open beyond the DARIAH community. It features a series of engaging keynote lectures and interactive sessions. Additionally the DARIAH Annual Event enables colleagues to work together face-to-face on their DARIAH activities, e.g. in Working Group meetings. For more info on the DARIAH Annual Event click here
