DESCRIPTION:From 2018-2020\, LIBER’s Working Group on Digital Skills su
 rveyed and interviewed colleagues across Europe to identify examples of go
 od practice in Open Science skilling and training programmes. The case rev
 iews have been gathered and published on Zenodo and highlight the many d
 ifferent approaches taken to Open Science upskilling across Europe.  The 
 case studies describe the aims of the training programmes\, the audiences\
 , skills prioritised\, impact\, learning and challenges.\nThis webinar wil
 l provide an entry point to these case studies by showcasing a small selec
 tion from Denmark\, Norway and Luxembourg. These skilling and training pro
 grammes provide a wealth of information and allow knowledge exchange on di
 fferent approaches to Open Science skilling. Each speaker will briefly des
 cribe their Open Science programme and reflect on the successes and challe
 nges they encountered along the way. There will be an opportunity for atte
 ndees to ask questions before the session closes.\nDuring the webinar\, pa
 rticipants will:\n• Discover a range of Open Science skilling training p
 rogrammes across Europe\n • Gain ideas and inspiration on developing OS 
 skilling initiatives in their own organisations\n • Discover some of the
  challenges when setting up OS skilling initiatives
