SUMMARY:DHNB 2022 – Digital Humanities in action
DESCRIPTION:The 6th Digital Humanities in the Nordic and Baltic Countries
Conference (DHNB 2022) will be held at Uppsala University\, in Sweden\, o
n 15–18 March 2022.\nDHNB conferences focus on research\, education and
communication in the interdisciplinary field of digital humanities in the
Nordic and Baltic regions and beyond. DHNB 2022 highlights the two-way re
lationship between digital humanities theory and praxis and society. Digit
al humanities’ research brings together technical implementation with cr
itical discourse to correspond to broader cultural and institutional setti
ngs.\nDHNB 2022 is organised jointly by the Centre for Digital Humanities
Uppsala (CDHU)\, the Department of ALM at Uppsala University\, and the
Uppsala University Library. Due to the pandemic\, the conference will be
held as a hybrid event\, which enables participants the choice of digita
l or physical participation. More information about this and other practic
 alities will follow.
