Dr. Albert Meroño Peñuela is a postdoctoral researcher in Knowledge Representation at the Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam. He investigates the integration of and access to diverse types of knowledge, with a special interest in Digital Humanities data and workflows. He is involved in research on knowledge graphs, Linked Data, Web Query Languages, and APIs. Currently, he is enrolled in CLARIAH, a Dutch national project to build research infrastructure for Digital Humanities. Albert obtained his PhD in 2016 at the Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam, under the supervision of prof. dr. Frank van Harmelen, dr. Stefan Schlobach, and dr. Andrea Scharnhorst. He also holds a bachelor in Informatics Engineering from Universitat Politecnica de Catalunya (FIB-UPC) and has done research at the Institute of Law and Technology (IDT-UAB).About See more
