New post on DARIAH Open: Open Science in the Horizon Europe funding programme: what to expect?

In the last DARIAH Open post for 2020, our Open Science Officer Erzsébet Tóth-Czifra shared information about the coming EU funding framework, how Open Science is taking shape in the nascent Horizon Europe funding programme for 2021-2027, what to expect and what are the major changes compared to the previous funding programme, Horizon 2020.

The post looks back at the evolution of open science policy across funding programmes leading to Horizon Europe and presents the plans for embedding open science more thoroughly by, for example, making Research Data Management and responsible data sharing a mandatory part of HE projects. It also introduces Open Research Europe, a new Open Access Publishing Platform for Horizon beneficiaries.
