This centralised helpdesk service aims to strengthen communications with external stakeholders and the network in general, and address questions in a more efficient manner, supporting thus better our user community. The above categories are the result of a log email analysis of the info@dariah.eu mailing list correspondence. Over 500 emails received at the info@dariah.eu inbox have been reviewed and analysed to define the most meaningful helpdesk categories, to which appropriate persons from the DARIAH network have been associated.
The helpdesk has a dedicated page on the website where you are able to choose a subject, from the list above, and submit your question. Your enquiry will then reach our appointed person, according to the subject you chose, who will get back to you with a prompt reply.
