Information Studies, University of Glasgow, will be holding a workshop in the context of the EU Funded DESIR project on April 19th 2018. The main aim of the workshop will be to discuss EU and UK research collaboration in the Digital Humanities. Frank Fischer, Director of DARIAH-EU, and Franciska de Jong, Director of CLARIN-ERIC, will attend the event and participate in discussions.
After the event, Professor Pier Luigi Sacco (Special Adviser to the EU Commissioner for Education and Culture) will give an open lecture with the title “Culture 3.0: from audience development to structural co-creation. A perspective for the future of cultural participation” starting at 17:30, and a reception.
